United Way of Story County's LIVE UNITED Campaign is a way for businesses and individuals to invest in our county by meeting the basic human service needs of people who live or work here. Money raised will impact more than 90 core programs and three impact areas of healtheducation, and financial stability. These programs touch countless lives of people living and working in Story County.

Day of Caring

The 2024 campaign kicked off with Day of Caring on Friday, September 13. After a kick-off breakfast, volunteers from Iowa State University and Story County businesses helped complete projects at United Way of Story County agencies. Volunteers from the Office of the Senior Vice President and Provost and the Iowa State Online office read to elementary school children, created craft kits for Childserve and weeded at Reiman Gardens.
