The following faculty review deadlines are in place: 

  • December 1, 2024 (or the next business day): All annual performance evaluations of faculty completed in Workday   
  • January 9, 2025: Promotion and tenure dossiers due from colleges to the Office of the Senior Vice President and Provost
  • March 1, 2025 (or the next business day): Term faculty advancement dossiers due from colleges to the Office of the Senior Vice President and Provost
  • April 1, 2025 (or the next business day): Post-tenure review dossiers due from colleges to the Office of the Senior Vice President and Provost
  • May 1, 2025 (or the next business day): Preliminary (third year) review dossiers due from colleges to the Office of the Senior Vice President and Provost
